Questions

How do I export my notes from Joplin?
In Joplin desktop, choose File → Export all → MD - Markdown, export into an empty folder, and drop that folder onto HushJot.
What comes across from Joplin?
Notebooks as folders, and note text and titles. Tags come across only as text at the top if you export as MD - Markdown + Front Matter. Attachments stay behind.
Do I need a HushJot account to import?
No. Open hushjot.app, choose to use it on this device only, then import. No email address, no password.
Are my notes uploaded when I import them?
HushJot reads the files in your browser and encrypts each note before storing it. Without an account nothing is sent to us; with Sync, only the encrypted notes are.
Try it, no accountPricing
